About the Book
What is love, really? Not the definition. The thing itself.
We are born needing to be held. We grow up and choose someone to hold. And if we are lucky, we hold a child of our own, and find a love with no bottom and no edge.
You might be at the start of that story, or somewhere in the middle of it, or holding the newest person in it right now. Wherever you are, this book meets you there.
Unconditional Love follows the whole arc from the inside. Part meditation, part quiet science, it moves from the first arms that held us, to a jolt in a school hallway, to a first cry in a delivery room, and shows how the body keeps confirming what the heart has always known.
The final pages invite you to write the memory that defines love for you.
🥲It will make you laugh at the parts you thought only happened to you.
🥹It will make you cry at least once, probably at a wedding you haven't been to yet.
📞It will make you want to call your parents.
🌙If you're a parent, it will send you down the hall to check on a sleeping child for no reason at all.
